Each party runs for up to 2 hours and is packed with fun, high-energy games tailored to the age group—whether it’s a tiny toddler or an energetic tween. Your celebration is led by a professional party host who will have everything set up and ready for you on arrival, so you can simply relax and enjoy the day.
The party begins with exciting games and activities, followed by the final 45 minutes where the children sit down to enjoy their pizza. After the pizza break, everyone gathers for the birthday cake, and the celebration finishes with the handing out of lolly bags (if you choose to bring them).

I just wanted to say thank you for hosting a brilliant party for E It’s the first time I’ve booked a venue and it was perfect. The space is amazing. The two ladies were such fantastic hosts and it was so well planned I literally didn’t have to worry about a thing.
My daughter recently had her birthday party here and in her words ‘it was the best party ever!’ The Ascendance staff were extremely helpful and organised throughout the whole process, from my initial inquiry to finalising booking details (were also very flexible when I had last minute RSVPs!), to making the dance studio a beautiful and magical setting for my daughter and her friends. My daughter’s school teacher told me the majority of her class spoke about the party for their show and tell that week!
Can we bring our own food and beverages for the children?
You are permitted to bring birthday cakes, but otherwise outside food is not allowed. Each of the birthday packages includes food.
Do parents need to stay?
Parents are welcome to either drop and go or wait in our parents room during the party.
Parents who choose to remain on site are welcome to wait in our parents room. We kindly ask that parents do not enter the party space, interfere with activities, or use the dining area as a sitting spot.
Our team’s full attention is dedicated to the children to ensure a smooth and fun party experience. 🎉
Where do we eat?
As part of your booking, you will have 45 minutes of space for cake cutting and food in a Party Room.
What time should I arrive?
We request that you and your guests arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your party start time. This will ensure that your party experience begins on time and that none of your guests miss out on any of the fun!
What if I need to cancel?
If for any reason you need to make an amendment to your party, please get in touch with us by phone or email. If you need to cancel your party, we ask that you inform us at least 10 business days prior to the party to receive a full refund of your deposit.

What does a party host do?
Our party host (person of the microphone) is there to organise all the fun and entertain the guests during the party. While the party host will be with the kids for the duration of their party to guide activities, they are there to service the children not the parents.
Can Ascendance organise party invitations?
Party invitations are available! Download your digital birthday invitations to print at home.
Can we bring a birthday cake?
You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake! It can be stored in the fridge or freeze until serving time (if required).
Can we add extra party guests?
Our party packages include up to 20 guests including the birthday child. Need a little extra room? You can add up to 5 additional guests at $20 per guest.
