I agree to the below terms and conditions:

• Flexible Sessions: You can change program days/times and make up missed classes while actively enrolled. Makeup sessions expire at the end of the calendar year and cannot be transferred. Private classes require 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling; otherwise, the session and payment are forfeited. Our pricing already accounts for up to four weeks’ absence per year, so no refunds or credits are given for missed classes.

• Closed Dates: ADA runs year-round (excluding Public Holidays) and remains open during school holidays in April, June/July, and September. The studio closes for 4 weeks between Mid-December and Mid-January; payments are paused during this period.

• Cancellations: A 30-day written notice is required to stop payments. Email [email protected] to receive a Cancellation Form, which must be completed and returned to finalise the process. Payments will continue to be debited during the notice period.

• Medical Freeze: Up to 6 weeks pause may be granted for medical reasons only, with a valid medical certificate. Holidays or travel do not qualify. Documentation from a healthcare professional is required.

• Studio Uniform: Full uniform and correct footwear are compulsory for all classes to ensure safety, proper corrections, and progress. Uniforms can be purchased at the studio.

• Student Consent: I consent to my and/or my child/ren’s participation at Ascendance Academy and acknowledge that the school is not responsible for injuries, damages, or incidents not caused by negligence.

• Media Consent: I give permission for Ascendance Academy to use photos or digital media of myself and/or my child/ren for promotional purposes.
